Custom Coatings

Dura-Bond Steel is unique in its ability to fabricate steel and apply protective coatings in one location. Our AISC certified fabrication and coating facility in Export, Pennsylvania saves our customers the transport costs typically required by using multiple vendors. Strict quality control procedures and over 30 years of coating experience enable Dura-Bond to provide a complete ready to install product.

We can apply protective paint and coating systems to non-fabricated structural steel such as pipe piling, steel piling and H-Beams for the construction market. Dura-Bond offers a complete line of coating options from coal tar epoxy to specialized zinc/epoxy/urethane systems when high gloss and color retention are a requirement.

Dura-Bond also applies Powercrete coating over FBE coated pipe at our Export facility. Our large buildings with overhead cranes keep the FBE pipe out of harmful UV rays prior to topcoating and minimize handling damage. We also offer external and internal pipe coating systems for natural gas, water, jet fuel, waste water and other applications. Dura-Bond can process pipe ranging from 1/2” to over 12’ in diameter and in lengths of over 100’.
