Furnace and Pipe Rack Construction Continuing
Fabrication of the Gas Ovens and pipe racks for the new Duquesne Pipe Coating Mill is pressing on. Dura-Bond Steel employees are working very diligently adding additional pieces to the existing oven framework moving installation further along. Please see photos below.
Duquesne Furnace Construction
Dura-Bond is moving full steam ahead and work has began on constructing the furnaces for the Duquesne Coating Facility. These are gas fired furnaces that will pre-heat bare steel pipe before introducing corrosion preventing powder coatings. Fabricated in entirety at the Dura-Bond Steel Export location, the furnaces are slated to be installed in the months coming ahead.
