Powercrete R-95 Liquid Epoxy
Powercrete R-95 is a single coat, 100% solids, high build epoxy novolac that coats, repairs and rehabilitates pipelines operating at maximum temperatures up to 95ºC (203ºF). As an abrasion resistant overlay (ARO) it is compatible with FBE and CTE mainline coatings and can be used on any metal structure. This 2-component, solvent-free epoxy can easily achieve a dry film thickness of up to 40 mils in a single application and can be hand or spray applied
Dura-Bond Packages and Sells Powercrete R-95 in 2 and 4 lb Kits. As a very general guideline, a 2LB kit is sufficient for 12.75″ pipe and below, 4LB kit 12.75 and above.
